Ordered Butterburger single and got Butterburger single w/cheese. Custard was disappointing as it was not cold enough and runny. This has happened twice in a row. Custard is a signature product and it HAS to be right!
Culvers can never get the no pickles on my burger correct. Frys were cold today also.
So generally I like Culvers of Marshall, this place seems pretty much always clean and the food is usually excellent. The cheese curds are by far the best around our area. But there is one thing that has to take my rating down just a little and that is the excruciating amount of time it takes to get your food sometimes. I waited for 15 minutes on a simple to go order this evening and after all of the wait they gave me a kids meal that was for the drive thru. Anyways they got it figured out after a bit and gave me a token for some free custard without me saying anything at all. Nice place, I think there's a communication issue among staff in the kitchen and up front, but overall a nice place to grab a meal without having to drive all the way to East College or a great place to stop on your way out of town heading south.
Some things should be a little different but there customer service and food is awesome.
