Have been dealing with the owner Ken Holm on and issue and he is very rude. States that he can't come fix a situation for 6-7 months and wants to charge me for his mistake. When asked why he hung up on me! No customer service skills whatsoever. I wouldn't suggest doing business with Heartland Mechanical out of Marshall MN.
