The front desk was polite and helpful. The rooms could use a little fixing. My phone charger didn't work in any outlet because the sockets are so worn it just falls out. The bathroom could use a little update in the tub area. The room was clean but the beds are a little firm but what do you expect for the price it's just fine.
Rooms were clean, staff were great and breakfast sausage were to die for.. this is my second time at this motel... we stopped over on our way to mount rushmore... It's not a huge or small place but very conviniently located right off of highway 59...
Dingy stained towels and comforter. Broken desk chair.
All hard floors which makes for easier cleaning, but makes for a very annoying pet friendliness. Toilet ran all night. Stained sheets and towels. Seems to cater to the construction crews.
While the man at the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating and the rooms seem to have been recently refurbished the bathroom in our room was in very poor condition, the room layout was odd and difficult for our family to utilize, there were no open outlets to charge phones and other electronics, and several of the lamps did not work.
