Absolutely horrible experience. So rude and not helpful at all. She made you feel like you were dumb asking questions, and that I was obviously bothering her from her day by giving her my business. I wish there was another option in Marshall I will NEVER return here. I will visit RF or do online from now on. HOW can they keep their doors open with such HORRIBLE customer service? You'd think the state would give 2 cents about the service this company, who is PAID BY THE STATE, gives to customers. PLEASE find a different job, somewhere that makes you happy because you are obviously not happy in this job. Perhaps you should maybe think of the people that are paying you to have that job. (a portion of all transactions comes back to this office - I used to work in a Deputy Registrar and would have been fired flat had I served customers this way).
This place only does tabs. Go to the courthouse on the 2nd floor for anything applying to your license.
I recently stopped by to renew my car tabs. It was after 4:30 as I didn't realize they closed 4:30. As I walked back to my car, Mary H. came out of the building and offered to help me....even though they were closed. My need was not urgent, so I returned the next day out of respect for their business hours. Upon returning the following day, I was greeted professionally, helped immediately and in a quick timely manner.
Never in my life have I seen such poor and rude service! The ladies working here are VERY nasty people to deal with, I would leave 0 stars if possible. I asked a question about my vehicle license and she just stared me in the eyes and said "i dont know and i dont care, i really dont care what you do".
