Just moved into the area and needed to do laundry. Decent location and good coffee house connected to the place. Can't complain too much!

Needed to do laundry and this was closet to our apartment. Tried to use the 6x washer for our towels and the machine stopped acknowledging the quarters but said I still needed $.75. I ended up spending $6.25 instead of $6 in that machine and still could not wash my clothes and had to separate the load into two loads and spend another $8 for the clothes. Normally I understand problems like this and proceeded to write out refund cat and told them I was "incredibly unhappy." That was 2 weeks ago and they have yet to call me and give me the $6.25 refund for the money I wasted. I would not recommend going here if you can't afford to be ripped off and not refunded. They own the other one in town as well, but I don't know if that is any better.
