With the recent change to becoming an Ace Hardware store I was worried that the business wouldn't be the same. Boy am I glad I was wrong as they are BETTER than before! There are the same smiling faces that eagerly helped me find the pieces I needed for helping fix up my tool shed at home. But being great with home projects isn't it as they helped from start to finish as I was picking out flooring and paint for my new office space. They made it convenient by coming to site to help me get everything JUST how I dreamed it to be. THANK YOU Ace Hardware for your dedication to making my experience better than I thought it could be.
I have purchased several windows from this store and have worked with Mike Fox. Some of the windows that I had installed a couple years ago started to show some signs of exterior cracking. I inquired to Mike about what I should do for the issue and he had the manufacturer get in touch with me. The manufacturer came out this summer and refinished the windows to my complete satisfaction. The windows look great and I couldn't be happier with True Value and the service I got from Mike!
