Didnt know professioal nails was the sane as knail. Late, yet got great service. Helen did a nice job, very friendly enviornment. Will go again.
If I could rate them a zero I would! This is by far the worst nail shop in Marshall. The employees are rude and the service is horrible. I had an appointment for a pedicure and when I showed up the owner Keven started my water, through a blue tablet in it then walked away. I sat with my feet in the water for 20 minutes and not one person came to assist me. Finally some girl walks over and ask if I want my water hot again because after 20 minutes of sitting it gets cold. She leaves and 5 minutes later I got up to leave. I told the owner on my way out that his staff is rude and I am done giving them chance after chance! He didn't really seem to care which makes since to why his staff is crappy. I wouldn't go back there if they paid me to!!
Very relaxing! Nails didn't get painted nicely though so that was a bummer
Went to get our nails done for a wedding. Unfortunately, the two male workers we interacted with were extremely rude. They made no effort to be polite, seems to be in a big hurry, and make a few rude remarks to us. For instance, I asked my sister for her opinion on my nail length and the man snarkily responded that it is not her nails as if asking for an opinion was wrong. Later when he was doing my sister's nails and she asked him to smooth out one nail which was filed very unevenly, he set down the filer and told her to do it herself. Lastly another man who was helping my mother was rushing her when she asked for one minute to ask us our opinion saying he didn't have time for her to ask. On a more positive note, the girl who did another member of our wedding party's nail seemed nice and did a great job.
