Dr. Frerich and his wonderful staff members do an excellent job for me with all my dental issues. They make going to the dentist fun and enjoyable when you sometimes just want to cry. I love the family type atmosphere they create within their team. I highly recommend this dental office if you are looking for great dental services.
I don't even know where to begin. I can't say enough good things about Marshall Dental Excellence. From the staff at the front desk to the girls in the back, and Dr. Frerich...they're all part of what makes them an awesome team. They are always compassionate and caring for my whole family. We started going to Dr. Frerich a few years ago and we LOVE it. My kids had their first dental experience last summer and it was great. When we are there we are always comfortable and aware of everything that they will be doing. They don’t do anything without your consent and they explain everything in detail. We drive over an hour to get there if that tells you anything about how great they really are!!! They are great with all ages. You won’t be sorry you tried them out!!!!!!!! As a colleague and friend I can honestly recommend John to anybody. He travels all over the country to train with the very best minds in dentistry. Above all, he is an honest man with integrity and truly loves and serves those entrusted in his care. You don't find dentists of his caliber very often and is worth a long drive to go see. You won't be disappointed.
I had a great experience as usual. Dr. Frerich and his team are the best dental team for miles around. I live in Brandon South Dakota and make the long drive to see them-not because there are no dentists in town, but because when you find a great provider you stick with them.
Dr. Frerich and his staff are the best dental team anywhere that I have experienced. Well worth the drive (25 plus miles) because of the care, courtesy, and professionalism. Best thing is his care for those without insurance- he holds free dental days at least once per year. A true blessing for the community.
