Great experience. I told them what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and they made it work. And that was not all they did. The service department and parts department have been great even though all I've needed is oil changes and a few accessories. Everyone is friendly and helpful before and after the sale.

Buyer beware ! Do not purchase a vehicle from Kruse Motors. I reported a very bad safety issue with a high end luxury vehicle we purchsed and got nothing but the run around from them. After giving their service department several chances to fix the problem their final solution was to avoid us and our repeated phone calls. Everyone from the service manager to the owner Bob Kruse himself did NOTHING to make it right.
